64 Cavity Semi Hot Runner Inline Dripper Mould

Main Features for Flat Driper Mould with Semi Hot Runner:
1. The mould adopts semi hot runner sytem, usually with 64 cabities
or 128 cavities.
2. The cavity board can be changeable, thus producing drippers with
different flow rate.
3. The mould adopts S136H as cavity insert material and Japan Punch
steel as mould core, which can ensure lifespan beyond two millions
shots.
4. The machining accuracy for the mould can reach 0.01mm, and
roughness as Ra0.8.
5. The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
6. The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 5%.
7. Mould is designed with 2D/3D drawing.
8. Mould can be designed according to clients' request to dripper
flow rate, diameter and length.
9. Mould base is from LKM of Shanghai.
10. Mould shot period is 10-12seconds.
11. Water circulation is used for the mould cooling.
12. An even and balanced subsurface gate is adopted for the mould
cavity structure, with drippers push out by mandrils, so automatic
production can be achieved.
