Below pipe extrusion machine is used to produce 5 layer Polybutylene(PB) pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer in the middle. Comparred with 3 layer structure, five layer design ensure that EVOH oxygen barrier is protected and remains intact, safeguarding your radiant heating system.

Vacuum tank & Cooling tank made by high quality SS304; high quality vacuum pump & water pump special design calibrator for EVOH pipe making

Winding Machine servo type traversing device, driven by SIEMENS servo motor with tension control device to auto adjust winding speed separate SIEMENS PLC control system Coil length free setting; Auto stop protection function while sensor pipe end
