3 Layer EVOH Oxygen Barrier Pipe Production Line

Below pipe extrusion machine is used to produce 3 layer PERT pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer. EVOH pipe is mainly used in heating system.

• special design calibrator for drip pipe making

Winding Machine

• servo type traversing device, driven by SIEMENS servo motor
• with tension control device to auto adjust winding speed
• separate SIEMENS PLC control system
• Coil length free setting;
• Auto stop protection function while sensor pipe end
