This pipe extrusion machine is used to produce that 5 layer PERT pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer in the middle. Compared with 3 layer structure, the five layer design ensures that the EVOH oxygen barrier is protected and remains intact, safeguarding your radiant heating system.

1) Advanced co-extrusion technology with several extruders and co-extrusion die head mold, which makes the composite pipe bond firmly with precise size.

2) The screw and barrel are special designed according to the property of EVOH resin. It is suitable for stable extrusion of high melt pressure of oxygen barrier resin.

3) precise control sytem of pipe weight per meter to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running accordingly to set parameters. The application of this sytem can shorten the start-up time and improve the produced pipe quality, and save raw material.

4) SIEMENS PLC control system witn cync control function, easy to control
